I’m trying to get creative with my snacks. I’m the worst when it comes to mindless snacking especially when I’m at home blogging, answering e-mails and doing general busy work. I’ve decided to jump on the smoothie train and give them a go. Here’s a recipe I came up with that tastes good, keeps you full and is 100% guilt free. (Don’t let the grayish green color deter you, I promise it’s good.)
What You Need:
- 3-4 cups of baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen peaches
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 Tbsp of honey
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
What You Need To Do:
- Combine them all in a blender.
- Drink it
